As a newly constituted nonprofit, the ICPHS is fairly short but essential to our mission. Those in the organization are looking for an individual who understands the potential benefits and likely growth of our organization and who are willing to delay monetary gratification owing to their commitment to a personally satisfying project. 

1) GRANT WRITER.

For ICPHS to succeed, there must be a cash flow. The fundamental key to all of our objectives is, literally, money. The successful Grant Writer would start by finding startup funds for this musical cooperative -- the most important aspect of those startup monies is to pay the Grant Writer for ongoing work. Through a series of small, project-oriented grants, the ICPHS Grant Writer would allow the organization to build infrastructure and connections to become a going concern.
